Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Manufaktura Miniatures! We want to ensure you are entirely satisfied with your purchase. Below you will find our complete policies regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.


Return Window & Eligibility

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your purchase date. Beyond this 30-day window, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, you must be the original purchaser.
  • Your miniatures must be returned in the same brand-new, unaltered condition as they were received, including all original packaging.
  • All purchases are eligible for returns, provided they meet the above condition requirements.

How to Initiate a Return

To complete your return, please contact us at sales@manufaktura.co before sending your package.

Exchanges

  • We are happy to accept exchanges as long as the miniatures are returned in the exact same brand-new, unaltered condition as received, including all original packaging.
  • If you need to exchange your miniatures, please reach out to us at sales@manufaktura.co to begin the process.

Return Shipping & Order Issues

  • Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your miniatures. Tracking and insurance on return shipping are mandatory. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned miniatures, and uninsured lost packages cannot be refunded.
  • Undelivered & Refused Packages: Original shipping costs are strictly non-refundable. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, delivery failure, or delivery refusal, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your final refund.

Refund Processing

Inspection & Approval

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned miniatures. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps before contacting support:

  1. Check your bank account one more time.
  2. Contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some backend processing time before a refund is posted.
